The crystal jingling of bells, the scent of fresh pine tree branches and oranges fills the room under the carved, timbered arches. Without a doubt, the spirit of Christmas resides here.

- The Location Description


Santa's Workshop is the first of many Christmas-themed City Locations. The man in red himself is said to live here, and many cases involve searching for clues on his disappearance. Toys are manufactured by elves on the upper floors of the shop, that remain unseen by the player.

When the location is played, the player is presumably looking from the front door, greeted by the icy canvas and warm fireplace one would expect from where Christmas gifts originate. The air is filled with the aroma of mandarins and fresh fir branches. And the subtle sound of bells can also be heard. In order to enter the Workshop, players need to use the door on the far back wall of the Gift Shop.

On The City Map, Santa's Workshop is located in the Christmas themed section, above and behind the Ice Palace.

This table shows the energy, skeleton keys, experience, and coins for each rank of the Santa's Workshop. These are the values for a search in any of the exploration modes; an anomaly will yield increased rewards depending on the anomaly. An active booster or a charge from a visitor may likewise change the costs and/or the rewards, with the exception of Skeleton Keys. During an event, if this location is one of the early unlock locations, the values may change for the duration of the event; exact values dependent on the player level.
