A Monster found its way into Upper City. Its tracks lead straight to the Full Moon Tower. What have lured it to this desolate place?

- The News Description

The Full Moon Tower is a refuge for the Huntress in Upper City. When the location appears or is unlocked, the case starts with Rayden Storke completing some scouting in the Lower City, only to have the Airship ransacked by a monster. When flying back to Upper City, the monster is chased to the Full Moon Tower, but the Huntress is nowhere to be seen.

This Tower is (ironically) on the northeastern corner of South Fort. The room is very ornate and decorated, weapons hang on the wall, with animal skulls mounted and hunting trophies placed about. Many aspects are animated, such as the flytrap in the center, the werewolf placed under a binding spell, and the many candles that light the room. There's a lot to catch one's eye here from the giant window to the crossbow pointing at said mounts, and even a chest and knight armor. Last but not least, there is a model of Upper City that draws the most attention, as it's brightly lit compared to the room and a quite accurate model.

The room utilizes a red-to-blue gradient scheme as places like the Secret Room or City Hall do. Items can be laid on the model city, and most points throughout the room. A good variety of the items are hunting equipment or animals themselves scattered around the room, with some reused from the Crystal Mine. With the lightning scheme, it is inevitable that on later ranks, much of them will be engraved versions of the usual hidden objects.

The case here retcons a plot point for Hidden City; that Lower City characters were not to know about the happenings in Upper City or aid the players' search there, pointed out by the Detective when the airborne City was released. In addition, it also proves that Monsters are capable of being engaged and attacking in the Upper City, an idea brought up from various quests, notably the Movie Theater projecting Monsters. This remains the first time Monsters are able to be faced in combat while in Upper City, fitting in with the Huntress and story motifs. Specifically, the more humanoid monsters are the ones to appear during the Event.

The background music is mysterious and sinister, utilizing plenty of vocals in tandem with the rhythm, a repeating crescendo until the final verse of the track.

These are the values for a search in any of the exploration modes; an anomaly will yield increased rewards depending on the anomaly. An active booster or a charge from a visitor may likewise change the costs and/or the rewards, with the exception of Skeleton Keys. During an event, if this location is one of the early unlock locations, the values may change for the duration of the event; exact values dependent on the player level.
